What you love about Tennis?
What I particularly like about tennis is the combination of physical fitness, strategic thinking, mental toughness, and the individual nature of the sport. Tennis provides a fantastic opportunity for players to improve their overall fitness, develop agility and strength, and witness their progress on the court. The strategic elements of shot selection, court positioning, and tactical manoeuvres excite me as a coach, as I guide my players in understanding and applying these strategies during matches. Furthermore, I find great satisfaction in helping my players cultivate mental toughness, cope with pressure, and stay composed in challenging situations. The individual nature of tennis allows for personal growth, self-discipline, and self-motivation, as players set goals and achieve success on their own. Lastly, I appreciate that tennis is a lifelong sport that can be enjoyed at any age, offering both health benefits and opportunities for socialization. Overall, witnessing my players’ progress, their passion for the sport, and the joy they find in tennis is what truly captivates and motivates me as a tennis coach.

I love tennis because of how unique it is. Tennis is a very physical, psychological and emotional sport, making it demanding and exciting to play. I also love how tennis is one of the only sports that when you are on the court, you are on your own. Having to problem solve and figure out a solution is one of many traits tennis players develop, which in return can also help with overcoming real life situations. Tennis has taught me many lessons throughout my career, which I am excited to share to other up and coming tennis athletes.

What I love about tennis?
The fact that on the court players have to use technical, physical, mental and strategy skills trying to solve problems that the opponent presents resembling a lot of how life is off the court when we have to deal with challenges to overcome and grow as a person. All the skills that are learnt and improved during tennis practices, matches, tournaments and travels develop players into better people which is beneficial for the player on and off the court doesn’t matter what path in life the player chooses to follow as well as it creates a better place for everyone around.

When you are playing a tennis match, you can either win or lose a point. When you are playing the game of life, the same thing happens. The friendships you make playing tennis are strong. You’re sure to meet like-minded people wanting to improve their health and challenge themselves every time they step on the court.

Tennis is good for the body. It’s a great cardio workout that builds muscle tone, balance and co-ordination.

Tennis is also good for the mind. It constantly presents you with opportunities to focus, and is also a great stress relief. It’s a healthy way to keep your stress levels in check.

A sport for all ages. Great for the family and you can start playing as a kid and play all the way through to your senior years, like me!

Tennis players are a special breed and although competitive, we support and challenge each other in the best possible ways. When you take up tennis you become part of a community, and there’s nothing better than that.

What I love about Tennis?
Sport has a fascinating way of transcending the dualities that usually exist between us. All walks of life come together to celebrate the wins, or comfort one another in defeats. There is a giving aspect to coaching that really speaks to our true nature – the quality of my day is dictated by how well I was able to help someone else get better at something, it’s a spiritually rewarding feeling.

My parents introduced me to tennis when I was a young boy and since then I’ve always enjoy playing it. I was lucky enough to go and see the Master 1000 in Monte Carlo almost every year between the age of 10 and 16, and played a lot of tournaments until I was 18 in my region.
Competition is really what I enjoy the most, and the lessons you can take from it are lifetime experience. Tennis has helped me to grow as a person and to deal with adversity. It has helped me to have more self-confidence and trust in my abilities. As a Senior Tennis Coach, I understand even more what it takes to be great in this sport. I love sharing what I have learned through the years to my players as I have been there as well, and give them the advices & knowledge I have of the game so they can use it to the fullest when it matters.

The fact that it’s just you verse one other person. There are so many ways in which you can play the game and when you’re out there competing you might not match up so well against a particular player, so you have to problem solve your way through it because there is no where to hide. I love that there is no time limit either, so you’re never racing the clock you’re just competing.

What I love about Tennis?
Tennis has been a game of my interest since childhood and I have always been passionate about it!. Over the years it has made me self-confident, and more practical, and helped in most aspects of my life. Moreover, tennis has taught me to make better decisions, compete, and be compassionate!. Also, it allows me to work in various parts of the world with multicultural players of different age groups. The best part about this sport is that you get to learn from every age group, “Learning never ends”.
Lastly, I just love working with kids because it gives me immense pleasure to watch them grow, learn and help them achieve their goals!!

What I love about Tennis?
Tennis has been a part of life from a very young age. Over the years I have come to realise the difficulty it takes to master the game of tennis. The combination of requiring a high level of strength, speed, endurance, hand-eye coordination and footwork means that you one can pick up and learn how to play other sports at a higher level quicker. Another thing that makes Tennis great is the diversity of the game. Tennis is played all over the world and there is more than one way of winning the game. It can be won through sheer power, or it can be won through determination and a never say die attitude, or even won on intelligence as well as calm and rational thinking as well as pure emotion.

What I love about Tennis?
I love how tennis is a sport that makes you play against your opponent but also yourself. You have to give everything on the tennis court and sometimes it can be mentally or physically tough but even though it is you can find pleasure and fun through that. Tennis can teach you discipline, respect and life’s values. Values that will help you on and off the court.
There are no limits, everyday you can improve, as a tennis player and as a person.
Tennis also gives you the incredible opportunity to meet new people, travel around the world, share your experiences and pass that knowledge you have acquired.

I love tennis because you need to face your opponent counting on your strengths only. What is not to be taken for granted is that the strongest wins; more often it is rather the smartest. It is indeed a combination of technical and tactical skills that allows you to succeed and on top of that it is fun to play tennis.

What I love about Tennis?
The thing I love most in teaching tennis is the expression of happiness on the athlete’s face when they manage to learn a new shot or when they manage to modify a technical error. I think there is nothing more satisfying. Then add that all this is done in the open air, under the sun, what could be better. Tennis is freedom.

It is as much a brain game as it is a physical one, and as such both aspects always have room for improvement. There is always a tip or trick you can use regardless of your level!
