HOLIDAY CAMPS
- Drop off / Pick up point: All camp players should be dropped off and picked up
at the facilities sign in desk. A Voyager staff member will be present to sign in
and out players for each day of the camp. Players will be supervised at all
times whilst at the camp and parent/guardians MUST notify Voyager staff in
advance if they would like someone different to collect their child. If a child
has any allergies or medical needs, please notify the Voyager staff on arrival
at the camp. - During wet-weather or extreme heat an indoor program will be offered to
working parents or alternatively parents can rebook players in for a makeup
day or have credit placed on their account. If no indoor option is available
parents will be notified by 7:30am on the day of the camp and an alternative
day of the camp booked or the client sent a credit voucher that can be used
for all voyager services. - If you would like to reschedule a booked day of the camp for your child you
must provide 48hrs notice and you will be permitted to book in an alternative
day or a sent a credit voucher that can be used for all voyager services. - If your child is sick then notify the locations customer service team as soon as
possible and an alternative day of camp will be booked or a credit voucher
sent that can be used for all voyager services. - NO REFUNDS are available for wet weather, extreme heat, rescheduling of
camps, sickness.
TERMLY CLASSES
After-school Pickup and Supervision
All players who have been registered for after-school pickup and supervision will be
supervised once collected by the Voyager staff ensuring they are ready to start
tennis at the scheduled class time. Parents must collect their child at the completion
of their coaching class. Any players collected after 6pm will incur a late charge fee. If
your child is sick or won’t be attending tennis on their particular day please ensure
you text or call your Voyager location.
Class Make-up Policy
- To receive a makeup class players must cancel a minimum of 24hrs in
advance by texting their Voyager location. - A maximum of 1 makeup class is permitted per term where space is available
in the program. - Make-up classes cannot be refunded, carried over to the next term or reduced
off next term fees.
Wet Weather & Extreme Heat Policy
During wet weather and extreme heat players will be moved to indoor activities
where possible or class rescheduled by text message.
For all classes cancelled because of wet weather and extreme heat, players will be
offered a make-up class at an alternative time.
Class cancellation & Public Holidays
- If you would like to cancel you or your child’s class registration within a term
because of injury or other circumstances a credit voucher will be provided if
agreed with management that can be used for all Voyager services. No
refund is permitted. - All players will be automatically enrolled to continue in the next term unless
you have cancelled their enrolment by email to your Voyager location a
minimum of two weeks before the first day of the new school term. - School term dates are aligned with NSW Public Schools. Classes will not run
on Public Holidays and players will not be charged.
PRIVATE LESSONS
Cancellation Policy

- Private lessons must be cancelled with a minimum of 24hrs notice by texting
the customer service team for your Voyager location or your coach. Lessons
cancelled within 24hrs will be charged in full - Semi-private lessons cannot be refunded, credited or a make-up provided for
non-attendance of one of the players

TOURNAMENTS
- A credit voucher will be provided for all players who withdraw a minimum of 48hrs
before the tournament start time. NO REFUNDS can be provided. - If the tournament is cancelled as a result of wet weather or extreme heat
tournament will be rescheduled to an alternative time for players or credit voucher.
