What I love about Tennis?
I love the intensity of tennis; it’s tough and challenging, but also incredibly rewarding.
It helps develop technical, tactical, physical and mental skills. The competencies acquired in tennis are transferrable off the court, in everyday life. Tennis is exhilarating, it can be frustrating, but also leads to moments of pride and gratification. Being a tennis player brought me self-confidence from a young age and a passion to bound with people anywhere in the world. Today, I feel blessed to spend my days on court transmitting my passion and knowledge to the future generations of players.

What I love about Tennis?
The fact that it’s just you verse one other person. There are so many ways in which you can play the game and when you’re out there competing you might not match up so well against a particular player, so you have to problem solve your way through it because there is no where to hide. I love that there is no time limit either, so you’re never racing the clock you’re just competing.

Tennis proposes mental and physical challenges. The social aspect is also so important for me. Tennis creates a community. It builds lifelong, positive connections in a healthy and active environment.

Settled in Sydney as a coach of this game to give back some of what i have learnt.

What I love about Tennis?
I love the wholeness of this wonderful game. You play this game for your whole life and are always a student of this game. The skills you get from this game are only limited by what you put into it. The biggest advantage is the extended life expectancy that is proven you get out of tennis but there is a huge list of other benefits too. I also love watching and helping people improve their game and see that look on their face when their hard work pays dividends.

What I love about Tennis?
I have played tennis since the age of 6 years old, this amazing sport has helped me to build up behaviour based on discipline, hard-working and resilience. Thanks to this sport I have met many people from different cultures, having such great experiences playing this game. This sport gives you a feeling of peace, there is no better feeling than having a great hit early in the morning. If you are having a bad day, pick up your racquet and whacking a ball will clear your mind and make you calm.
