What you love about Tennis?
What I love most about tennis is its potential to be a powerful tool for the community, both on and off the court. It teaches valuable life lessons—like sportsmanship, respect, effort, and discipline, among others—that extend beyond the game and shape individuals in all aspects of their lives.
I also value how tennis contributes to the mental and physical well-being of the community in an enjoyable, engaging environment. The real key to success in tennis, especially for young players, lies in making it fun. At its core, tennis is a game, and for children, it should ignite joy, creativity, and playfulness. Kids learn best through movement and play, and fostering that sense of wonder is crucial for their development, both as athletes and as individuals.

What you love about Tennis?
For me tennis is a fun game, a sport that allows me to train physically and mentally. But above all, it prepares you for life.
Tennis and life have significant parallels: both consist of constant repetitions and decisions, concluding with a success or an error. Just as a day in life starts with sunrise and ends with sunset, a tennis point begins with a serve and ends with a result that we must accept and overcome.

What you love about Tennis?
What I love most about tennis is that it is much more than just a sport—it teaches discipline, resilience, confidence, and respect. Every player has a unique journey, and I enjoy helping them improve not only their technique but also their mindset and love for the game. Seeing players grow, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals is what motivates me every day as a coach.
What our Voyagers say about us.
“We thoroughly enjoyed our tennis session on Saturday. The course was exceptionally well-organized, allowing everyone to easily find their place and learn effectively. The intensity was perfect, ensuring a good workout over the two hours. Additionally, we appreciate the efforts of you and the other two coaches in making the session engaging and enjoyable. All our colleagues are eagerly anticipating the next course..”

Jareth and the team of tennis coaches at Voyager really know how to serve up some fun for a kids birthday party. There was not a dull moment! Even the adults had fun and were entertained. So much laughter, fun and creative tennis games for all ages. Highly recommend.

Having never played any organised tennis before, I decided to get involved in the Voyager adult program. Around 4 years ago I started off with an evaluation session with one of the coaches, joined the weekly coaching sessions, private lessons and progressed to competition tennis. The Voyager adults’ program has delivered high quality coaching and provided it within a social, relaxed and fun atmosphere. I highly recommend the program to anyone who is keen to improve and get more out of their time on the court.

My daughter Tongni and son Ryan have played tennis with Voyager since 2019 taking group lessons two or three times a week. Tongni progressed from red ball hot shots to the top 20 in NSW for her age group. Ryan started when he was four and within two years of coaching is now one of the youngest orange selective players. I would highly recommend Voyager to parents who want their children to start a tennis journey.

If you’re serious about tennis and gaining access to Sydney’s most professional and holistic tennis academy, I would highly recommend Voyager. Voyager has a diversely talented team with a track record of success. I feel confident my two boys have access to the best possible resources and the team they need to maximise their tennis potential. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend juniors, parents or tennis enthusiasts to the amazing team at Voyager.
