- Private Lessons – Deliver one-to-one coaching focused on technical and tactical improvement.
- Group Lessons – Coach group sessions to develop technical and tactical tennis skills.
- Development Squads – Lead developing players with a focus on technical improvement and tournament preparation.
- High Performance Squads – Coach advanced athletes across technical, tactical, physical and psychological development.
- School Programmes – Deliver tennis coaching in schools and grow participation.
- Holiday Camps – Coach groups during school holidays, developing both fundamental and advanced skills.

The Company

The Position – Role & Responsibilities
The Sports Development Officer will play a key role in supporting participation growth and delivering high-quality sports development programmes across multiple locations.
- Plan and deliver structured sports development programmes across schools, community groups, and partner organisations.
- Coordinate programme schedules, events, and competitions across multiple sites and large-scale participation programmes.
- Maintain accurate programme records, attendance data, and reporting outcomes.
- Support structured programme delivery and participant development outcomes.
- Liaise with schools, parents, coaches, and stakeholders to support and promote sports programme delivery.
- Assist with sports promotion, marketing, and participation growth initiatives across the community.
