This was in the city of Mendoza Argentina where they developed my first skills and experiences from children to adolescents in competition for 5 years. In 2019 I moved to the city of Valencia in Spain where I began to teach children in competition at the Valencia tennis club, there I worked for 1 year developing new behaviours, skills and work schemes with tennis players.

I joined Voyager in January 2015 from a successful program in the UK, Voyager’s first overseas hire on a working holiday visa so some unknowns for both parties.
It was obvious straight away that our values & ambitions aligned, passionate about growing our sport & maximising player’s potential I knew this would be a long term career pathway for me so we quickly figured out sponsorship so I could become a permanent resident of Australia.

The transition into coaching from my professional tennis career was smooth. My first full time coaching role was at Hunters Hill Club, where I eventually oversaw the tennis program there.
After 2 years, I moved to Voyager which enabled me to expand professionally, learning from and bouncing ideas off the other coaches. I wanted to be around a team of coaches that could help push me to become a better coach.
In 2021, I first moved into a Senior Coach role at Voyager under the watchful eye of Jareth Magnus and Adam Feeney. It was amazing being around two very professional and knowledgeable coaches that were always happy to pass on their wisdom and help me however possible.

We moved to Sydney from Singapore so Ethan could benefit from a program that integrated academics with elite sports training. In the five years we were there, we saw how well that worked. Ethan made huge progress in the sport and achieved his goal of obtaining a Division 1 college scholarship after his time at Voyager.
