CASUAL ONLINE COURT BOOKINGS
- All casual court bookings are to be made online by going to voyagertennis.com and choosing your location.

For our book a court venues a 4 digit pin code will be emailed & texted to all bookings to gain access to courts through an electronic gate and automatically switch on lights if required.

No refunds can be provided for casual bookings.

Courts can be cancelled online with a minimum of 24hrs notice and a credit voucher will be sent to booking email to allow customer re-book at an alternative time.

A credit voucher will be issued for all wet weather cancellations to re-book at an alternative time by contacting the customer service team.
PERMANENT COURT BOOKINGS

Permanent bookings can be made by contacting the venue’s customer service team who then will confirm with locations Head Pro.

There is a strict no cancellation policy for permanent court hires with no refunds provided for players being away or wet weather.

If agreed with management at the time of booking, court can be released during NSW school holidays & public holidays and players account will not be debited.

All permanent court hire payments are set up weekly by direct debit using either a debit/credit card or bank account.
