We are thrilled to highlight our recent corporate pickleball event for 34 team members from Salesforce at Voyager Pickleball, Willis Park Recreation Centre, Chatswood. The weather was perfect, and the evening turned into a fantastic team bonding experience for Salesforce. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves on the courts, experiencing pickleball under the guidance of our coaches, and also had a great time socialising with drinks and music.
Event Highlights
Clubhouse Setup
The upper pickleball clubhouse was prepared to host our guests with the following set up:
- Tables and Chairs: We arranged tables and chairs both inside the clubhouse and around the grass patch area. This setup drew from our previous successful corporate events including the Adobe Christmas party in December 2023..
- Music & Atmosphere: A pre-organised playlist created a vibrant atmosphere that kept everyone energised. The music added a lively touch that enhanced the overall experience.
- Book a Free Trial: A banner with the QR code offered all the participants the opportunity to come back and play again as a value add.
Equipment and Logistics
- Paddles: With 34 players in attendance, we ensured that there were enough paddles for everyone to allow all participants to enjoy their games without any delays.
- Drinks and Refreshments: The Salesforce team enjoyed a range of drinks and refreshments. The bar staff ensured it was well-stocked throughout the event, keeping everyone refreshed.
Coaching and Assistance
- Coaches: Our coaches provided excellent guidance and support, ensuring all participants had a great time and improved their skills.
