1. Membership Requirement
- Voyager Membership is required for participation in Voyager coaching programs.
- To maintain ongoing access to coaching programs and associated benefits, membership must remain active for the duration of a player’s enrolment.
- If membership is cancelled, suspended, or lapses, access to coaching programs and membership benefits may be suspended or cancelled.
2. Membership Types
- Individual Membership: benefits apply to the named member only.
- Family Membership: benefits apply to up to two adults and up to four children from the same household.
- Membership benefits are non-transferable and apply only while membership remains active.
3. Membership Benefits
- Each membership payment (from your second payment onwards) is converted into credit for use on court hire, retail, equipment, holiday camps, private lessons, or term program invoices. Credit is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
- Voyager equipment pack for new players enrolled in coaching or matchplay termly programs.
- Monthly membership credit applied to your account once payment has cleared (typically within 3 days).
- Credit expires 3 months after issue
- Discounted court hire at Voyager locations.
- Discounts on School Holiday Camps and selected programs.
- Tournament access with entry supported via member tokens or exclusive member discounts.

4. Equipment Pack Conditions
- Voyager equipment packs are issued once per enrolment to new players actively enrolled in termly coaching or termly matchplay programs.
- Equipment packs are not transferable and are not provided for membership renewals or reactivations unless otherwise stated.
5. Booking and Discount Conditions
- Membership discounts and benefits apply only when bookings are made via the Voyager App or approved Voyager booking platforms.
- Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
6. Membership Commencement
- Membership commences from the date of registration and successful processing of the initial membership payment.
7. Minimum Term
- Membership has a minimum commitment period of two months from the commencement date.
- Membership cannot be cancelled within the minimum term except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Cancellation and Notice
- After the minimum term, a minimum of two weeks’ notice is required to cancel membership.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via the Voyager App or by contacting Voyager Tennis directly.
- Cancellations take effect from the next applicable billing cycle following the notice period.
9. Payment and Direct Debit
- Membership fees are charged via recurring direct debit using the payment method provided at registration.
- By registering, you authorise Voyager Tennis to debit the nominated account or card in accordance with the selected membership plan.
- It is the member’s responsibility to ensure payment details remain current.
10. Failed Payments
- If a direct debit payment fails, Voyager Tennis may attempt to reprocess the payment.
- Fees and charges may apply to failed or reprocessed payments.
- Continued failed payments may result in suspension of membership benefits and coaching access until the account is brought up to date.
11. Changes to Membership
- Voyager Tennis may update membership fees, benefits, or terms from time to time.
- Reasonable notice of material changes will be provided via the Voyager website, app, or direct communication.
- Continued use of membership services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Australian Consumer Law
- Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
13. Governing Law
- These Membership Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Australian state or territory in which the Voyager Tennis venue operates.
