The AO 1 Point Slam Challenge Continues

The AO 1 Point Slam offers a different approach to tennis competition.

Rather than playing multiple games and sets, each match is decided by a single point.

One serve, one return or one well-placed shot can determine who advances to the next round.

The format creates an exciting challenge for players of different experience levels, with every participant needing to be ready from the opening point.

Although the weather interrupted the original schedule, the upcoming Chandler and Tweed Heads events will give players another chance to experience the competition.

Thank You for Your Patience and Understanding

We appreciate the patience of everyone who was looking forward to participating in the AO 1 Point Slam events last weekend.

Weather disruptions can be disappointing, especially when players have been preparing and making plans to compete.

Thank you to the participants, families, coaches and event organisers for their flexibility as the schedules are adjusted.

We’re looking forward to welcoming everyone back for the rescheduled events.
