Central Coast Regional Pickleball Championships Set for Three Big Days in Gosford

The Central Coast is getting ready for a full weekend of tournament pickleball.

From 30 October to 1 November 2026, players will head to Gosford Tennis Club for the Central Coast Regional Pickleball Championships, bringing Singles, Gender Doubles and Mixed Doubles together across three days of competition.

As a Tier 1 Pickleball Australia sanctioned tournament, the championships give players an opportunity to test their game in a structured competitive setting while sharing the courts with the wider pickleball community.

Whether you’re chasing a medal, looking for more tournament experience or simply keen to see how your game holds up under pressure, there will be plenty of pickleball ahead.

Three Days, Three Different Challenges

The tournament opens with Singles on Friday, 30 October, putting players out on court with nobody else to cover the angles or rescue a difficult point.

The dynamic changes on Saturday, 31 October, when Gender Doubles takes over. Communication, positioning and understanding your partner become part of every rally.

Then Mixed Doubles closes the championships on Sunday, 1 November.

Players don’t have to choose just one format. Entry is available for up to three events, provided each is in a different category. That means someone who wants the complete tournament experience can potentially compete across Singles, Gender Doubles and Mixed Doubles over the weekend.

Registration Is Open

Entry costs $75 per player, which includes one event. Additional events are $25 each, with players able to enter a maximum of three events.

Participants need a Pickleball Tournaments account linked to a current Pickleball Australia membership and DUPR account.

Registration closes at 11:55 pm AEST on 19 October 2026, although entries can close earlier if the tournament reaches capacity.

That makes waiting until the deadline a gamble you don’t need to take.

Three days gives players plenty of ways to experience the championships.

Some will arrive on Friday ready for the one-on-one challenge of Singles. Others will be focused on their doubles partnership. Plenty will be back on court throughout the weekend.
